Terms of Service

1. Products and Licence

ZynU products are software scripts, bots, platforms, and tools ("Products") sold as one-time purchases. Each purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install, deploy, and operate the Product for your own commercial purposes on the scope described at the time of purchase (typically a single deployment or instance, unless a multi-licence option is purchased).

You receive the full source code of the Product. You may modify, customise, and adapt the code for your own deployment. Modifications do not affect the validity of this licence, provided the restrictions below are respected.

This licence does not permit you to:

• Resell, sublicence, lease, distribute, or otherwise transfer the source code — in original or modified form — to any third party for any reason
• Publish, open-source, or publicly share the source code in any repository, forum, or platform
• Operate the Product as a SaaS platform where third parties are being sold access to the ZynU codebase itself
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, licence headers, or attribution comments from the source files
• Represent the Product as your own original creation in a context that competes with ZynU or TrafCodes

If you are uncertain whether a particular use is permitted, email legal@zynu.net before proceeding. We are happy to discuss extended or commercial licences for specific use cases.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time, but a change in price will never affect a purchase you have already completed. You pay what was listed at the time of your purchase, forever.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment credentials; all financial data is handled exclusively by our payment providers. Where applicable, taxes may be added to the listed price at checkout based on your jurisdiction.

3. Delivery

ZynU Products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive access to your Product — typically via a download link or delivery through our Telegram bot — immediately or within a few minutes.

If you do not receive your Product within 30 minutes of a confirmed payment, contact support@zynu.net with your payment reference and we will resolve the issue promptly.

4. No-Refund Policy

ZynU Products are delivered as full source code — upon purchase, you receive the complete codebase immediately. Because source code is an intangible, irrevocable digital asset that cannot be "returned" once accessed, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read the product description and understand what you are purchasing
• Delivery of source code constitutes full and complete delivery of the Product
• You are not entitled to a refund on the basis of changing your mind, inability to use the product, or dissatisfaction with the product after reviewing the source code

If you have questions about a product before purchasing, we strongly encourage you to contact us at support@zynu.net or via our Telegram support channel before completing your order. We are happy to provide clarifications, demos, or additional information to help you make an informed decision.

In the event of a genuine technical failure during delivery (i.e. you did not receive access to your product), please contact us at support@zynu.net within 24 hours and we will resolve the issue or re-deliver the product promptly.

5. Updates and Support

All ZynU Products include free updates for 1 year from the date of purchase. Updates during this period include bug fixes, security patches, performance improvements, and new features at our discretion.

After the 1-year update period, the version of the Product you hold remains fully yours to use indefinitely — your licence does not expire. Continued access to new updates after the first year may be available at a discounted renewal price, communicated separately.

Technical support is available via support@zynu.net. Support covers installation, setup, and documented features. It does not cover custom development, self-applied modifications, or third-party infrastructure issues. We aim to respond to all support requests within 24–48 hours on business days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use any ZynU Product in connection with any activity that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Facilitates fraud, phishing, money laundering, or any form of financial crime
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Distributes malware, spam, or any harmful or malicious content
• Violates the terms of service of any third-party platform integrated with the Product

We reserve the right to terminate your licence without refund if we determine, at our reasonable discretion, that you are in violation of these provisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All ZynU Products, including their source code, design, documentation, branding, and associated assets, are the intellectual property of TrafCodes and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants a licence to use the Product as described in Section 1. It does not constitute a transfer of ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by TrafCodes. The ZynU name, logo, and branding are trademarks of TrafCodes and may not be used without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZynU Products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Product will meet your specific requirements, operate without interruption or error, or be free from security vulnerabilities — though we commit to patching known vulnerabilities promptly as part of our update policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrafCodes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business — arising from your use of a ZynU Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability for any and all claims shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Product giving rise to the claim. You acknowledge that the pricing of ZynU Products reflects this allocation of risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrafCodes and its team members from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of any ZynU Product; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you transmit or process through a ZynU Product.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to TrafCodes's principal place of operation. In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. To initiate a dispute, email legal@zynu.net with a clear description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.

12. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes affecting existing buyers, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users by email. Your continued use of any ZynU Product after modified Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of those modifications.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TrafCodes with respect to ZynU Products and supersede all prior communications. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
