How quickly will I receive my product after purchase?
All products are delivered instantly — download links and licence details are sent immediately after payment is confirmed.
Can I request a refund?
All sales are final. Because ZynU products are delivered as full source code the moment payment clears, we cannot accept refunds once the code has been accessed. We strongly encourage you to ask any questions before purchasing — email support@zynu.net and we'll answer everything before you commit.
How do I report a vulnerability or security issue?
Please email bug@zynu.net with a detailed description. We take security reports seriously and will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours.
Do you offer custom development or partnerships?
